James Corden Reveals First Guest for THE LATE LATE SHOW

James Corden will take the reigns as host of THE LATE LATE SHOW premiering Monday, March 23, 2015, and late night talk show has just revealed his first guest -- Tom Hanks.

Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks is known for his roles in the films BIG, PHILADELPHIA, FORREST GUMP, APOLLO 13, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, CATCH ME IF YOU CAN, YOU'VE GOT MAIL, CAST AWAY, THE DA VINCI CODE, CAPTAIN PHILLIPS and SAVING MR. BANKS, as well as the TOY STORY movies. He will soon appear in A HOLOGRAM FOR THE KING, INFERNO and THE LOST SYMBOL.

Hanks also appeared on Broadway in Nora Ephron's LUCKY GUY, for which he was nominated for a Tony and a Drama Desk Award in 2013.

36-year-old James Corden comes to American late night television with a growing list of award-winning and critically acclaimed credits. He is a Tony Award-winning performer on Broadway, a BAFTA-winning star of a UK television series, a feature film actor with two releases this year, and an acclaimed host, writer and producer in several genres of television.

Corden can currently stars as 'The Baker' in Rob Marshall's INTO THE WOODS, now in theaters.
