This Thursday, October 10 in Los Angeles, JOHN FOGERTY launches his much-anticipated national concert tour at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE. JOHN will be playing live his classic Creedence Clearwater Revival albums Cosmos Factory and Bayou Country for the first time ever in the U.S. along with other FOGERTY gems.

Meanwhile, the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles recently unveiled the exhibit "John Fogerty: Wrote A Song For Everyone." It is on display through January 2014 and features artifacts from his personal collection, and it is named after his current album WROTE A SONG FOR EVERYONE, hailed by fans and critics alike including a rare 5-star lead review in Rolling Stone.

At the opening night of the exhibit (September 26), the pioneering and iconic singer, songwriter and guitarist was the subject of a compelling, in-depth Q&A conducted by GRAMMY Museum executive director Bob Santelli and capped it off by performing a few songs solo as a surprise for the intimate, sold-out audience gathered in the Museum's Clive Davis Theater.

Here is a clip from "An Evening With John Fogerty" at the GRAMMY Museum where FOGERTY talks about getting sued in the case Fantasy vs FOGERTY where Fantasy Records sued JOHN, saying he plagiarized himself. In this clip, you will hear what it was like in the courtroom; JOHN demonstrates what he had to go through to protect his--and all other artists'--artistic freedom.

At the GRAMMY Museum, FOGERTY was interviewed by CNN's Denise Quan, who noted that the exhibit "unflinchingly chronicles the ups and downs of the singer-songwriter's tumultuous four-decade career." The exhibit includes a copy of the infamous recording agreement from the Creedence Clearwater Revival erawith Fantasy Records and the unbelievable-but-true lawsuit.

JOHN FOGERTY has been making music that continues to speak in a powerful way to generations of music makers and music lovers, and his fall tour will be a joyous celebration of HIS ICONIC SONGBOOK OF HITS.
