For Immediate Release - For the third year in a row, Museo Vault (http://www.museovault.com) has been selected to coordinate the "Public" outdoor art exhibition of Art Basel Miami Beach that is held each December at Collins Park in front of the Bass Museum of Art in Miami Beach. Museo Vault will be responsible for installing and managing all the outdoor sculptures for a wide range of galleries from Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Africa, and all around the world.
At Art Basel Miami Beach, these same galleries are slated to display historical work from masters of modern and contemporary art as well as newly created pieces from emerging names in the art community. ABMB will have a selection of paintings, sculptures, drawings, installations, photographs and edition works of the highest quality. The show will include talks and panel discussions, special presentations from select speakers, films, public artworks, as well as performances.
But "Public," takes advantage of Miami's incredibly beautiful picture frame the way no other exhibition in the convention center can. "The greatest part about the exhibit is getting to see these works presented in the context of our great Miami Beach backdrop," says Vanessa Amor, Business Manager of Museo Vault. Public promises to be bigger and greater than ever this year too. "It's very exciting to deal with the scope of artworks lined up this year. We have the challenge of installing quite a few monumental works in a short period of time. Although the timeframe is difficult, it's an honor to install some really great works not only for the visiting art fair audience, but also for our own city," says Richard Martinez, Service Manager of Museo Vault.
