First Look At Laura Benanti On ELEMENTARYThe first glimpse of Tony Award-winning Broadway regular and rising small screen star Laura Benanti in her new role as a guest player on the hit CBS Sherlock Holmes-inspired series Elementary is now available to view.

Benanti is seen alongside show star and fellow thespian Jonny Lee Miller in the new photo, hiding a tentative smirk while Being questioned about a crime.

Reportedly, the versatile actress will play a nanny named Abigail Spencer whose boss is found dead in a comprising situation in the October 17 episode of the series, which is titled "Poison Pen".

Of note, Benanti joins some fellow stage and screen crossover stars in appearing on the hit mystery procedural series this year, including CINDERELLA's Laura Osnes and NEWSIES star Jeremy Jordan.
