Ephrata Performing Arts Center at Sharadin Bigler Theatre is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Board Members. The new Board Members are Barb Ellis, Greta Laube, and David Palm (pictured, left).

Barb Ellis has been connected to the Ephrata Performing Arts Center since 1990 when her husband, Gene, first appeared on the EPAC stage. She too has performed in consistently memorable EPAC roles since 1995. Barbara has worked in other central Pennsylvania theaters, as well as professional and semi-professional theaters as an actress, costumer, and director for nearly 40 years. Her newest role as a member of the EPAC Board of Directors began in 2015. Barbara is the Director of the Hershey Public Library and serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Library Association. Barbara serves on the Personnel Committee.

Greta Laube has been involved with the theater intermittently since 2005 when her children first started performing at EPAC. Greta's love for the performing arts started with watching her father perform at the Fulton, where she started ushering when she was 8 years old. For the past 3 years she has helped behind the scenes at EPAC. As a pediatrician Greta cares about our future generation and is excited to help EPAC bring theater that matters to the future generations. Greta serves on the Personnel Committee.

David Palm, owner of Jemson Cabinetry in Ephrata has joined the Board this year. He is a Past President of the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce and current Board Member of the Ephrata Rec Center. David brings his past experience with nonprofit associations and his enthusiasm for live theatre to the Board. David is Chairman of the Maintenance Committee and also will serve on the Personnel Committee.
