In conjunction with this inaugural partnership, the company is launching a new advertising and marketing campaign designed to introduce a collection of exclusive, one-of-a-kind penthouses to the art world. According to Susan de Frana, CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, "Collectors of major artworks are often the very same clientele who have a keen appreciation for great architecture and design realized in our prestigious portfolio of new developments," she said.

Ms. de Frana states that in recent years clients from around the globe have gravitated more and more towards tangible assets. The company will feature an exhibit in its private lounge in the VIP Collectors Lounge to display its exclusive Penthouse Collection in their extensive portfolio, including New York City properties The Puck Penthouses in SoHo; The Marquand, 11 East 68 th Street on the Upper East Side; TriBeCa's The Sterling Mason at 71 Laight Street; 10 Madison Square West; The Schumacher at 36 Bleecker Street; 33 East 74 th Street and Walker Tower. Florida properties include the highly anticipated Faena House designed by Foster+Partners, Ian Schrager's The Residences at the Miami Beach EDITION and a new development in Coconut Grove by The Terra Group and Related Group of Florida.

The creative, headlined, "ArtElliman" has been inspired by the corporate "AskElliman" campaign. A dedicated ArtElliman website will showcase these properties. Douglas Elliman will be distributing the latest edition of Elliman Magazine, which highlights each of the exquisite properties within this exclusive collection, to visitors at the exhibit in the Collectors Lounge.
