DOKTOR KABOOM! SCIENCE OF SANTA Comes to BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, 12/12

BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, the longest operating performance venue in lower Manhattan, proudly presents the next event in the 2015-2016 Family Series Season: DOKTOR KABOOM! SCIENCE OF SANTA, on Saturday, December 12 at 1:30PM. DOKTOR KABOOM! is part of BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center's 2015-2016 Family Theater Season, featuring plays, musicals, puppetry, concerts and dance for all ages.

DOKTOR KABOOM is an over-the-top German physicist with a passion for science that knows no bounds. Sporting chrome goggles, orange lab coat, motorcycle boots, and wicked cool hair, DOKTOR KABOOM travels the world, thrilling adults and children alike with an explosive comedic style that is guaranteed to please every crowd.

Creatively blending theater arts with the wonders of scientific exploration, DOKTOR KABOOM keeps his crowds riveted with interest and rolling with laughter. Join Kaboom for a sidesplitting journey of increasingly spectacular (and often successful) science experiments designed to involve, excite and entertain. If science and magic are the same thing, then Santa must be the greatest scientist in the world! DOKTOR KABOOM tries to figure out how Santa does all those wonderful things he does, in this hilarious holiday event! (Ages 5 and up.)

DOKTOR KABOOM is the creation of actor/comedian David Epley. For almost 30 years David has written, directed, and performed original comedy shows throughout the US, and around the world. Outdoor festivals and street performance were his primary venues of choice, with an occasional stage show thrown in for good measure. In 2006 David decided to bring science, his first passion, back into his life. David is a veteran of the US Army, and a former Firefighter and EMT.
