Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre (CityRep), in partnership with TheatreOCU continues their Ninth Season with the Tony Award-winning Neil Simon comedy, BILOXI BLUES. BILOXI BLUES, is the second play in what is called the "Eugene Trilogy", Mr. Simon's semi-autobiographical series comprised of BRIGHTON BEACH MEMOIRS (produced by CityRep in 2005), BILOXI BLUES and BROADWAY BOUND.

The story of BILOXI BLUES centers on 20-year-old Eugene Morris Jerome from Brooklyn, who is drafted into the United States Army during World War II and is sent to Biloxi, Mississippi for basic training. Eugene learns to cope with fellow soldiers from all walks of life, falls in love, and loses his virginity under less than ideal circumstances, all while having to navigate around the eccentricities of his very unusual drill sergeant.

Featured in the CityRep/Theatre OCU production is Drew Michael Feldman as Eugene, Ben Hall as Toomey, Linda Leonard as Rowena, and Emilio Velasco as Arnold. Also appearing is Daryl Bradford, Colleen Daly, Garrett Henderson, Oscar Kincheloe, and Justin McInnis.

CityRep Artistic Associate Michael Jones directs the production, with Set Design by Jason Foreman, Costume Design by Lloyd Cracknell, Assistant to the Costumer is Noel Huntzinger, Lighting Design by Jim Stuhlmiller, and Properties Design by Ra'chel Lowery. Jon Haque is Assistant to the Director, and Steve Emerson is the Production Stage Manager.

BILOXI BLUES will play in the CitySpace Theatre at the Civic Center Music Hall at 201 N. Walker in downtown Oklahoma City. Previews begin on Friday, March 4 at 8:00 pm, with a matinee preview on Saturday, March 5 at 4:00 pm. The Opening Night is Saturday, March 5 at 8:00 pm and the production runs for twelve performances through Sunday, March 20, closing with a 2pm Matinee performance on that day.

Tickets are $8 (Student Rush Tickets), $15 (groups of ten or more), $25 (matinees) and $30 (evening performances), and may be purchased by calling the Civic Center Music Hall Box Office at 405.297.2264 or 800.364.7111.
