If your loneliness is killing you and you must confess you still believe, your best bet is to grab a ticket for 13 and Not Pregnant, an original devised 1-woman show by the imaginative and inspiring Joy Donze. The bulk of the text for 13 and Not Pregnant is sourced directly from Donze's Middle School journals, and the entries do not disappoint. Whether it's her first French kiss, a Halloween extravaganza, best friend/enemy Mandy's birthday, or public school boyfriends, one thing always remains constant: the deeply honest and private perspective of a blossoming teenager in the mid-ninties.

We watch Donze embody her 13-year old self to offer insights into her early hopes, dreams and the 37 different romantic crushes with which she is trying to cope. Through song lyrics that will make you smile and some self-deprecating poetry that will make you cry....with laughter, Donze brings

her charming anecdotes and struggle for acceptance to life. This show is a perfect ticket for anyone who had a childhood, remembers the nineties, or has a pulse. So whose down to take a ride back to 1999?!?!?!?
