Photo Flash: First Look at Recent Cutbacks' KEVIN!!!!!

Recent Cutbacks presents KEVIN!!!!!, its one-of-a-kind take on a holiday classic. Previews began December 1, 2016 at The Peoples Improv Theater's Striker Main Stage. This limited engagement runs through January 7, 2017.

This Christmas, Kevin is alone...at home. The team that brought you Hold On To You Butts and Fly, You Fools! tackles their most ambitious project to date, featuring live projections, miniatures, puppets, and a four-person choir, all told in Recent Cutbacks' signature brand of humor, nostalgia, and thrilling theatricality. Discover the true meaning (maybe) of Christmas this year with KEVIN!!!!!.

Kristin McCarthy Parker directs Nick Abeel, Natalie Rich, Sonia Mena and Kyle Schaefer. The creative team includes Kelsey Didion (Musical Arrangements) and Richard Sears (Choir Director). The four-person choir features Sarah Godwin, Evan Maltby, Richard Sears and Michelle Vo. Christine Pynn serves as the stage manager, and Lanie Zipoy as the producer. Hunter Canning is the photographer.

Recent Cutbacks' shows have been hailed as "pure, unadulterated fun," by Onstageblog.com, "very nearly perfect," by Theater Is Good and "absolutely remarkable" by FuckYeah! Great Plays! They have played to audiences in New York, Chicago, and Indianapolis. This is their third production, following the hit parodies Hold On To Your Butts (Time Out New York's #3 Comedy of 2014) and Fly, You Fools!.

Performances of KEVIN!!!!! continue at The Peoples Improv Theater (Striker Main Stage) through January 7, 2017 with a varied schedule. Tickets are $20 for general admission.
