Daya describes "Back to Me" as "the rawest and most vulnerable song on the album, and it's one of my favorites to perform live. It's about seeing a different, toxic side of someone you trusted and deciding to let them go for your own good even though the reality of it sucks and a part of you wishes you could just go back to how it was."

Most recently winning her first-ever GRAMMY Award (Best Dance Recording - "Don't Let Me Down" with The Chainsmokers), being the youngest honoree on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list and debuting at #5 on Billboard "21 under 21" list, 18-year-old breakout musician Daya is driving pop music down a different path. Her latest single "Sit Still, Look Pretty" is currently climbing the charts, sitting in the Top 15 on the iTunes chart and Top 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Featured on her debut EP Daya, her first single "Hide Away" is now platinum-certified--and quickly approaching double platinum status--garnering more than 205 million streams on Spotify, and notching Top 10 and Top 25 spots on Billboard's Pop Songs and Hot 100 charts, respectively. Daya's distinct vocals are also featured on The Chainsmokers' single "Don't Let Me Down," which hit #1 at pop radio and #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with over 520+ million streams on Spotify. The track also received nominations at the 2016 American Music Awards ("Best Collaboration") and MTV Video Music Awards ("Best Electronic Video"). Daya took 2016 by storm, with Rolling Stone naming her one of their "10 New Artists You Need to Know," and InStyle including her as one of the "6 Indie Artists You Should Be Listening to in 2016" as well as a number of high-profile performances on Dancing with the Stars, TODAY Show, Good Morning America, the Radio Disney Music Awards and at the White House's annual Easter Egg Roll. She released her gold-certified debut full-length album, Sit Still, Look Pretty--which Entertainment Weekly and the New York Times both called one of the most highly-anticipated albums last fall--on ArtBeatz (October 7). Daya embarked on her first-ever headline tour in February 2017.
