New flight to New York#1
Posted: 10/27/08 at 8:40pm
British Airways as just started flying to New York from Gatwick to step in for Delta and Continental Airlines, who have moved there operation to Heathrow.

I live in Bexleyheath on the London/Kent border so Gatwick is very good for me.

Flight details,

Depart London Gatwick 11:20 > Arrive New York JFK 14:15

Very convient departure and arrival time, allows me not to get up too early and gives me enough time to obtain a ticket and see a show.

Return leg,

Depart New York JFK 18:00 > Arrive London Gatwick 06:05

Not a good time to leave on a Sunday as I guess it would leave me no time to see a matinee show or could it?

Not to good with the 24 hour times. But Sunday matinées are usually either at 1:30 (13:30?) or 2:00 (14:00) and most shows, if they just have one Sunday show, have a show at 3:00 (15:00).

Seeing a show on Sunday with those times? Not a chance in hell.

Manhattan -> JFK = HELL
JFK Security = MORE HELL
