Edwin Drood - The Warehouse#1

Has anybody seen it? From what I understand it has quite a long extention to its run.

I have to say Im a hater of the show except for the song 'Moonfall' but Im always intersted in anything musical theatre and none west end. Yes hate is a strong word but the show makes me want to strangle myself.

anyone?

re: Edwin Drood - The Warehouse

If you want to see a production of this show SADM2 then try not to see this one. A few people i know have sen it and say its pretty dreary and not a good production tho Croydon usually do OK. Then a again your highly unlikely to see a full blown production ever again so this could be your only chance.

Oh thats a shame, i had heard about this production and was hoping it would be a good one.Your right that we will never see a large scaled mounting of this show again.
It was an interesting show but didn't work as a whole, im actually quite surprised that its still around

i think basically cos its Dickens and it just stirs peoples curiosity. God!, the Savoy production was the most awful shambles- poor Ernie Wise doing every show almost with script in hand. Lulu (over)acting her arse off and the voting system worse than the Eurovision Song Contest.
