I inherited my parents' theatre programme collection some time ago and have recently merged it with my own. There's some great and really interesting stuff in there going back several decades but there's one programme that I don't feel belongs...

The Phantom of the Opera on Ice starring The Russian Ice Stars as seen at the Theatr Gogledd Cymru on its 1996 tour.

Out of so many programmes it seems ridiculous to throw just one away but there's no one in it I know, it's not written or produced by anyone I've heard of and it's not a not the sort of a show I would ever choose to go see. On the other hand it feels disrespectful to bin it.

So, I thought I'd let you guys make my decision.

Should I keep it or chuck it in the recycling bin?

I think you are teasing us, Scripps, with this tour? There could not of been such a show that is so vague?

If this is true, I would sell it on Ebay, you get 0.01p for it, then do what everyone else does and add a fiver p&p.

No joke PoL! Though I can understand why you think I might be joking.

Keep it or chuck it?

It wasn't the ALW version. It had music by someone called Roberto Danova and was written in Italian. The Russian ice dancers didn't sing and so the English translation was sung by someone called Stephen Lee Garden who apparently won New faces of 1988 and so was obviously the Darius Danesh of his day. There are some vids of him on YouTube, this one two very derogatory remarks underneath:

So, come on WestEnders, keep it or chuck it? I promise to do this democratically (first-past-the-post or proportional representation doesn't make any difference here).
