The 41st Helen Hayes Awards, hosted by Felicia Curry and Michael Millan, will take place on May 19, 2025, at The Anthem on the Wharf. This annual celebration honors the diversity and creativity of the DC theatre community, featuring over 200 nominees across 42 categories for their outstanding contributions in the past year. This year, the tribute will recognize Robert Hooks for his influential career as an actor and activist, as well as his role in enhancing the visibility of Black voices in the arts. The evening will include a red carpet, cocktail hour, dinner, and performances highlighting the region's top talent.
