Join Actors Theatre at the ARTfactory for a heart wrenching, hilarious play…..Duncan Macmillan’s Every Brilliant Thing. In response to their mother’s attempted suicide, and in the hopes of understanding her better, a child begins a list of Every Brilliant Thing worth living for: Ice cream, water fights, staying up past your bedtime and being allowed to watch TV. As the child journeys into adulthood, they continue telling the story of the list we and remind us of the power of human connection, the beauty in the everyday, and the importance of holding on to hope, even in our darkest moments. Don’t miss this deeply moving and incredibly funny play that will linger in your heart long after the curtain falls. Performed by a single actor, David Johnson, Every Brilliant Thing is a theatrical experience unlike any other – a celebration of life that will leave you laughing, crying and cherishing the brilliance all around you. Performances are held in the Wind River Theatre at the ARTfactory. Performance Dates: Friday and Saturday, February 28 and March 1 at 7:30 pm and Sunday, March 2 at 2 pm Please note that Every Brilliant Thing discusses the topic of suicide and may be triggering for some audience members.
