Part B-Boy, part Beethoven, Thee Phantom and the Illharmonic Orchestra combines the energy and passion of hip-hop, with the beautiful, sweeping sounds of a live orchestra. This all African-American orchestra commemorates Juneteenth with a performance at Wolf Trap.
