Bennington Community Theater presents You Have the Right to Remain Dead by Pat Cook opening February 21-23, directed by Bennington College junior Ellery Schiller. Bennington Community Theater is excited to join other community partners participating in Baker Street Breakfast Clubs Year of Mystery taking place in Bennington and surrounding areas. You Have the Right to Remain Dead, a mystery comedy has a cast of ten, which includes some familiar faces as well as first-time actors with the company. We are always looking for ways to get more members of our community involved with our productions, and this play has elements of audience participation and interaction. Sweet Mama and her nefarious children await the arrive of their loving, and recently injured, Fat Daddy. He announces a major change in his will. With that, the stage is set for murder. As the police investigation starts, everyone, including the audience, will find themselves a suspect. But who did it? And who died? Will you be able to guess, before the final blackout?
