Look out Simon! The Middlebury area is loaded with talented performers who'll be strutting their stuff at MIDDLEBURY'S GOT TALENT!

"A winner will be chosen from audience applause," says THT's Doug Anderson, "but in my view, all of these performers are winners."

The show includes singing, dancing, stand-up comedy and more. A partial list of performers includes Chuck Miller and the THT House Band, Bailey Sherwin, Tony Cacciatore, Cindy Hill and Tom Hanley, Tony Bates, Kevin Brisson, Spotlight on Dance, Susan Baer, Anna Baker, Geoff Penar, Bill Walsh, Fred Barnes, and Carol Reed.

A special treat will be performances by the McFadden School of Irish Dance. Beth Anne McFadden will teach Irish dance at Town Hall Theater beginning in September.

Middlebury's not only got talent, it has true grit. Rob Demic, who suffered a serious fall from a downtown rooftop last year, will make a triumphant return to the stage with a tap dance.

MIDDLEBURY'S GOT TALENT will be performed twice, on Saturday, August 29, at 8 pm, and Sunday August 30 at 2 pm. Tickets are only $10, and may be purchased at www.townhalltheater.com, 802 382-9222, at the THT box office, or at the door.

So - is there a Susan Boyle in the area? If so, we'll find out at MIDDLEBURY'S GOT TALENT.
