[Title of Show]* tells the story of its own creation, as writers Jeff and Hunter race to create the show in just three weeks. Described by The New York Times as “uproariously funny” and “full of heart,” [Title of Show] depicts both the pleasures and the perils of the artistic process, and the joy of collaboration. With the New York Musical Theatre Festival deadline just around the corner, struggling writers Jeff and Hunter, having nothing to lose, decide to write an original musical in just three weeks. With no good ideas for music or a plot, the two discover that their conversation about what to write is the most honest and interesting story they can write. With the help of their friends, Susan, Heidi and Mary they embark on a journey through the gauntlet of creative self-expression to write a musical about writing a musical about writing a musical, starring themselves!
