Baby Broadway Host 10th Anniversary Mini Festival Event
The event is set for Friday 14th August 2026.
Baby Broadway will celebrate its 10th anniversary this August with a special one-off Family Sing & Play mini-festival in the heart of Covent Garden on Friday 14 August. Tickets are on sale now here.
Founded by producer Anna Unwin, who previously worked for Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group and in entertainment production for the BBC, Baby Broadway presents live music concerts for families with babies and young children, featuring professional performers from the West End and international tours. Designed to be relaxed, inclusive and enjoyable for both adults and children, the concerts weave interactive elements throughout the songs.
The Family Sing & Play day will take place at St Paul's Church on the Piazza, also known as The Actors' Church. The day brings together Baby Broadway's three much-loved family concerts (suitable for ages 0-8) inside the church: Baby Broadway, Baby Gospel and Baby Knees Up, plus a mini-festival in the beautiful church garden.
Combining live music with playful interactive elements such as bubbles and puppets, these special concerts appeal to both adults and children alike. Baby Knees Up delivers a lively Cockney singalong from Tom Carradine, Baby Gospel is uplifting soul and Motown with members of CK Gospel Choir, and Baby Broadway features hit songs from musicals and films with West End Singers. These three performances will take place inside at 11am, 1pm and 3pm where families can sing and dance along with professional performers in a family-friendly setting.
Ticket holders also gain exclusive access to the garden for the whole day - a beautiful oasis in the heart of Central London. Here face painting and arts and crafts will be provided by Cocorio, goodies will be given away by Wildthingz, and two food stalls will run throughout the day. There'll be pop-up performances to enjoy, a coffee bar and space to relax, creating a perfect first mini-festival atmosphere.
Baby Broadway's Family Sing & Play promises a joyful day out for the whole family - combining live music, entertainment and a relaxed mini-festival atmosphere that grown-ups can enjoy just as much as little ones.
Anna Unwin, founder, said, “I started these concerts as a new parent, to create a welcoming space where families could enjoy high-quality live music together. I can't quite believe it's been ten years and I'm delighted it continues to bring joy and connection to so many people.
We've been lucky to perform in iconic venues including the Royal Albert Hall, the Southbank Centre, the British Library and the Museum of London, but St Paul's Church in Covent Garden will always be our home. It felt like the perfect moment to bring everything together here for our first mini-festival, and we can't wait to celebrate.”
Over the past decade, all three concerts have built a reputation for creating memorable shared experiences for families through high-quality live music.
