Ben Forster, a estrela da TV e vocalista, mais conhecido por suas performances em Jesus Christ Superstar, The Phantom of the Opera e Elf The Musical, lançou seu novo álbum de estúdio Musicals Greatest Hits através da Westway Music. O álbum, gravado com a BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, apresenta Forster reimaginando alguns dos maiores sucessos musicais do mundo. Apesar de ter vencido o Superstar na TV e interpretado o Fantasma (The Phantom of the Opera), tanto no West End quanto internacionalmente, esta é a primeira vez que suas versões dessas músicas estarão disponíveis em disco. O álbum também apresenta um dueto com a colega estrela do West End, Sydnie Christmas, em ‘Tell Me It's Not True’ de Blood Brothers.

Ben Forster ganhou fama internacional após vencer o programa de TV Superstar, criado por Andrew Lloyd Webber para encontrar seu próximo Jesus. Ele interpretou Jesus na turnê mundial de sucesso de Jesus Christ Superstar ao lado de Melanie C e Tim Minchin. Desde então, tornou-se um nome conhecido no teatro britânico, com apresentações aclamadas em Evita, The Rocky Horror Show e uma temporada celebrada como o Fantasma em The Phantom of the Opera.
