Presentato dalla vincitrice di premi Emmy, Tony e Drama Desk Bebe Neuwirth, il programma presenta un incredibile cast di talenti tra cui LaChanze, Kate Baldwin, Jennifer Holliday, Judy Kuhn, Lindsay Mendez, Jessie Mueller, Jennifer Simard, Mandy Gonzalez, Adrianna Hicks, Amber Iman, Solea Pfeiffer, Helen J. Shen e McKenzie Kurtz.
Il programma include anche un omaggio speciale da parte delle leggende di A Chorus Line e vincitrici del Tony Award Kelly Bishop, l’originale Sheila Bryant; Baayork Lee, l’originale Connie Wong, un ruolo basato sulla sua vita; e Priscilla Lopez, l’originale Diana Morales. Luke Frazier dirige l’Orchestra Pops Americana per il concerto.
