The Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) announced the winners of the 20th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards tonight, live from the Hollywood Palladium. The show aired on A&E at 9pm ET/6pm PT and was hosted by Michael Strahan. Scroll down for the full list of winners!

The Tony Awards Administration Committee, which is made up of a number of theatre executives, alumni and working artists revealed a slew of eligibility decisions today, as the group met for the second time this season. Along with details about many of the Fall's shows (available here), potential changes and expansions were revealed for a number of categories.

The eight productions discussed include: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time; Disgraced; The Last Ship; The Real Thing; The River; Side Show; A Delicate Balance and The Elephant Man.

Award-winning star of stage and screen Neil Patrick Harris will host the 87th Oscars. This will be Harrison's first time hosting the ceremony. The show will air live on ABC on Oscar Sunday, February 22, 2015. Produced by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, the Oscars will also be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide. Oscar producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron previously announced that actor Chris Pine, Academy President Cheryl Boone Isaacs, and directors Alfonso Cuaron and J.J. Today, inspirational theatre educators across the United States have a first-ever chance at the Tony spotlight. The Tony Awards and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) have announced that nominations are now open for the inaugural 'Excellence in Theatre Education Award.'

Announced back in April, details have now been revealed as nominations have opened for the new, special Tony Award which will be presented to honor kindergarten through high-school (K-12) theatre educators.

Today's Empty Space...Peter Brook Award 25th Anniversary award ceremony at the National Theatre Studio had Thelma Holt, the presenter, give the winner the cheque for £2000 to the Unicorn Theatre for its wonderful introduction to the classics as well as contemporary theatre for children. All nominees Theatre503, Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory, Park Theatre, Union Theatre, and the Orange Tree Theatre received a certificate and critic's speech for distinctive work.

The Suzi Bass Awards, Inc. announced winners for the 2013-2014 Atlanta professional theatrical season this evening at the awards ceremony at the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts Center. The evening was hosted by Rob Cleveland. The Joe A. Callaway Awards will be presented alongside the Fichandler Award this year tonight, November 3 in New York City.

Atlanta professional theatres continued their commitment to developing new work with a bounty of productions written or adapted by local playwrights. There are eleven such plays in contention for this year's Gene-Gabriel Moore Playwriting Award. The award, named after the primary founder of the Suzi Awards organization, recognizes an Atlanta-based playwright whose work was produced by a professional Atlanta theatre in the preceding season. A committee of area educators, playwrights and theatre professionals read each of the plays and choose the recipient.

Kate Burton and Katie Lowes have been set to host the 2014 LA STAGE Alliance Ovation Awards Ceremony on Sunday, November 2, at the historic San Gabriel Mission Playhouse in San Gabriel, it was announced today. Red carpet arrivals begin at 5:30 and the ceremony starts at 7pm.
