A Bodega Princess Remembers La Fiesta de Los Reyes Magos, 1998 at First United Methodist Church, Pinellas Park

Written and performed by Iraisa Ann Reilly and directed by José Avilés, this Florida premiere is a 90-minute solo autobiographical show set in the banquet hall of a church on Three Kings Day, 1998, where a girl from her family's bodega navigates the neighbors, noise, food, and rituals of La Fiesta de Los Reyes Magos. Staged in the fellowship hall of First United Methodist Church, the production places the audience inside the banquet hall itself, with each performance capped at roughly 35 seats. The show is the headline production of Pinellas County Theatre Week, fresh off an Off-Broadway run at Ensemble Studio Theatre in New York.
