Review: HAMILTON at The Fisher Theatre

Angelica isn’t just quick-whitted; she’s dazzlingly aware of her own cleverness, and that’s where the magic lives. Her wit sparkles like a well-kept secret she’s generously letting the audience in on. There’s a playful confidence in the way Amanda Simone Lee navigates every interaction, particularly in her verbal sparring, that feels both effortless and exhilarating. You get the sense she’s always three steps ahead—and kind enough to make it entertaining for everyone else.
