After the critically acclaimed, World Premiere production of the Musical Comedy, "COUPLED", Jimmy Ferraro's STUDIO THEATRE, 5732 Main Street, New Port Richey, FL presents the third production of the Summer Season, "The SINGING DIVAS of BROADWAY & HOLLYWOOD", a Musical Cabaret, starring Broadway Diva DEE ETTA ROWE and Opera Diva MARY ANNE EDWARDS with Debbie Snyder and Elicia Nystrom. Opening Night is Friday, September 5th and the production runs weekends through September 28th, 2014.

"The SINGING DIVAS of BROADWAY and HOLLYWOOD" is a fast paced, glittering, musical cabaret, featuring show stoppers from America's favorite Broadway & Movie Musicals. Bedazzled in sequins, rhinestones, and feather boas, Dee Etta Rowe and Mary Anne Edwards epitomize the "Golden Age of SHOW BUSINESS". These glamorous, Award Winning vocalists, and veterans of the stage, pay homage to the stars and songs that lit up Broadway and the movie screen.

Enjoy a nostalgic walk down memory lane with showstoppers from: "CHICAGO", "FUNNY GIRL", "CATS", PHANTOM of the OPERA", "SWEET CHARITY", "KISMET", "ANNIE", "The KING and I", A Tribute to PATSY CLINE, the ANDREW SISTERS, and more... These outstanding musical theatre performers, will give you a good laugh, have you singing along, and dancing in the aisles.

"The SINGING DIVAS of BROADWAY & HOLLYWOOD" will be presented in 2 acts with a 15 minute intermission.

Award winning, Producing Artistic Director Jimmy Ferraro, is directing and staging the STUDIO THEATRE production.

Dee Etta Rowe Dee Etta received critical acclaim as the wacky, farmer's wife, "Mavis" in Jimmy Ferraro's STUDIO THEATRE's opening production of "CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES" and as the "cougar", Maggie in the World Premiere of "COUPLED". She starred as Golde, in the 2012 National Tour of "Fiddler on the Roof", opposite her husband, Broadway actor, Jimmy Ferraro. She was seen all over the country for 8 years in "Menopause the Musical", as both the Iowa Housewife and Earth Mother. BROADWAY debut: "The Most Happy Fella" starring Georgio Tozzi. Dee Etta created the role of Olga Von Sturm on Broadway in "Nine" opposite Raul Julia, Bert Convey, and Sergio Franchi. Off Broadway:"What's New" with Nathan Lane. National Tours: Sweeney Todd" with Angela Landsbury and George Hearn,"Showboat", with Eddie Bracken and Lanie Kazan and "The Sound of Music" with Ann Blythe, Sally Ann Howes, and Patrice Munsel .Regional: starring roles in many productions including: "Nunsense" and "The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas", Miss. Hannigan -"Annie", La Carlotta - "PHANTOM", Ethel Banks - "Barefoot in the Park" and Essie Rubin - "A Majority of One" opposite Mimi Hines.

MARY ANNE EDWARDS Mary Anne is thrilled to be performing for the first time with Jimmy Ferraro's STUDIO THEATRE! She has appeared as Anna in "The King and I", as Grace Ferrell in "Annie" at the Show Palace Dinner Theater, Gigi in "GIGI", Kathy in "The Student Prince", and as the Widow in "The Merry Widow" throughout Florida. She has sung other roles throughout the country such as Julie in "Carousel", Yum-Yum in "The Mikado" and Anne in "A Little Night Music", Adele in "Die Fledermaus", Rosina in "Barbara of Seville", Josephine in "H.S.M. Pinafore", Julia in "The Grand Duke", Mercury in "Thespis" the Good Fairy in an off Broadway theater and as Amahl in Amahl and the Night visitors throughout Florida. Mary Anne also performs in her act "Broadway Melodies" with Bass-Baritone Todd Donovan. She has toured many Broadway reviews at 50 different country clubs, hotels and theaters throughout the Tampa Bay area. Mary Anne recorded the role of Yum-Yum in G&S's "The Mikado" on CD. She was awarded First Place in the Suncoast Opera Vocal Competition in St. Petersburg. She has recorded three CD featuring Broadway favorites and a Christmas CD. Mary Anne would like to give big thanks to her husband and two terrific daughters!

Debra L. Snyder Debra is very excited to have the opportunity to work with Jimmy, Dee Etta and Midgie once again dancing in some of his past shows including Big Bawdy Burlesque, Going Hollywood, Can-Can, West Side Story and numerous Christmas Spectaculars. She has been performing and teaching dance for over 18 years, a Professional Belly Dance Performer, Teacher and Troupe Director of Troupe Sahirnee for over 15 years. Debra is thrilled to be on the stage once again and would like to send Jimmy, Dee Etta and Midgie much love and success. Enjoy the show!

Elicia Nystrom Elicia is honored to be performing at Jimmy Ferraro's STUDIO THEATRE. She has appeared as a member of Troupe Sahirnee for over 15 years, belly dancing at numerous festivals, fundraisers and competitions throughout Florida. Although she has been performing for many years, Elicia is making her "theatrical debut" in this producton. She would like to thank Jimmy for this amazing opportunity. Enjoy the show!
