Asolo Rep Hosts First OUT@AsoloRep Event with Cast of SHOW BOAT Tonight

Asolo Repertory Theatre will host its first OUT@AsoloRep event tonight, December 5, 2013 at 7pm. OUT is a dynamic series that offers the chance to connect with local LGBT organizations, socialize with fellow arts enthusiasts, and experience an evening of engaging theater.

The first OUT@AsoloRep event of the 2013-14 season will feature guest speaker Michael Donald Edwards, producing artistic director of Asolo Rep, and presenters Community Aids Network and the Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. Guests will enjoy a pre-show reception with complimentary refreshments prior to attending the 8pm performance of SHOW BOAT. There will also be a post-show reception in the lobby of the theatre, featuring coffee and desserts with an opportunity to meet members of the cast of SHOW BOAT.

It's all set for Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 7pm, prior to the 8pm SHOW BOAT performance at Asolo Repertory Theatre, 5555 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34243.
