Played by the fantastic Catherine McClements, Pat is a jaded, stalwart primary school teacher who isnt afraid to voice her opinions: all kids are terrors, the schools a zoo and her colleagues are nitwits. Enter Anna, played by Stephanie Somerville in her STC mainstage debut, who is bright-eyed, idealistic and just out of university.
