At Old Dominion University, music students have the resources of a large public university to enhance the close, supportive relationships built within the F. Ludwig Diehn School of Music. Outstanding musician-scholar-teachers provide a rich, challenging and creative environment where students may pursue their educational dreams and aspirations. The Diehn School of Music consists of award-winning faculty who are nationally and internationally recognized leaders in their fields. Several faculty serve as principal musicians with the Virginia Symphony and are established teacher-performers in Southeastern Virginia and beyond.
