The Department of Music, accredited through the National Association of Schools of Music, supports the mission of Linfield College as a liberal arts institution. Within the context of a Bachelor of Arts degree, Linfield provides a rigorous music program of appropriate size and scope to meet the needs of its students, and additionally provides educational and concert/recital offerings to the college community and the community-at-large.

Oregon native Jessie G, the first artist signed to Gretchen's Redneck Records label, will be featured on all of the tour dates and she and her band will open many of the dates.

Kennedy Center Announces American College Theater National Festival

Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts hosts more than 120 outstanding theater students from colleges and universities across the nation as part of the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF), which runs April 9-14, 2018 in multiple locations throughout the Center. The Center also announced the national awardees for the KCACTF.
