Betsy Blackmon Dance Company Fall Concert at Koger Center for the Arts

The USC Department of Theatre and Dance commemorates 50 years of dance at USC with a program featuring Professor Stephanie Milling's reconstruction of the landmark ballet Pas de Quatre, originally choreographed by Jules Perrot in 1845. The concert also includes premiere works by Distinguished Artist-in-Residence Kathryn Morgan, titled Portraits Unsilenced, which explores the six wives of King Henry VIII, and Assistant Professor Aaron Wood's here • there • anywhere • nowhere, a multimedia dance work incorporating live video projection. The evening closes with a reprise of excerpts from José Limón's A Choreographic Offering, set on the company by Limón Dance artist Savannah Spratt.
