ECP to Hold Auditions for MOON OVER BUFFALO, 2/28 & 3/1

ECP to Hold Auditions for Moon Over Buffalo February 28 & March 1 Moon Over Buffalo", a fast paced comedy set in a theater in Buffalo, NY in 1953, was written by Ken Ludwig, who wrote "Lend Me a Tenor, and will be directed by Steve Schultz. It will run Thurs-Sun, April 7-17, with rehearsal beginning in early March.

The available roles include, George Hay a father, actor, fearless leader of struggling acting troop, who did a few movies, thinks very well of himself and is in his late 50's. Charlotte Hay, the mother, actress, queen of acting troop, who also did movies, thinks pretty well of herself too and is also in her late 50's. Ethel, the grandmother and actress, who is a bit deaf, but is handy with the sewing and the coffee, and loathes George. She is in her 70's. Rosalind (Roz) Hay is the child of the actors, who ran away from theatre and is now in marketing. Roz should be in her 20's-30's. Paul is good looking in a rough-and-tumble kind of way, schlepper to the stars, another actor, 30's, Roz's old flame and everyone thinks they make a perfect couple. Howard is good looking and good natured, a weatherman and Roz's fiancé in his late 20's. Richard is in his 50's, good looking, quite likable, lawyer, an old flame of Charlotte's, and wants to take her away. Finally there is Eileen, an actress in the troop, young, wholesome, pregnant by George and in her 20's.
