ECP Presents PROFESSIONAL SKEPTICISM 12/2-12 & THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER 12/17-19
From December 2nd to 12th, Electric City Playhouse will present PROFESSIONAL SKEPTICISM. This comedy, both written and directed by local playwright Jim Rasheed, centers around four auditors at a CPA firm. An audit scandal threatens to change these characters into headline-makers. This tale of office intrigue is funny, intense, and timely. It includes a variety of office personalities, including a sultry party girl. The dialogue is sharp, witty and funny. Rasheed is President of the Foothills Writers Guild and ECP's Resident Playwright and has won critical acclaim for PROFESSIONAL SKEPTICISM's run at Center Stage in Greenville.
Shows are December 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12; Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 8PM and Sunday at 3PM. Tickets are $15 for Adults, $13 for Seniors and $8 for Students. Please call the Box Office at (864) 224-4248 for tickets.
Following PROFESSIONAL SKEPTICISM, Electric City Playhouse will present THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER, the story of the Herdmans. The Herdmans are the worst children in the history of the world! They steal, burn down buildings, and terrorize the neighborhood. So imagine the town's collective shock when these delinquents not only audition for, but are cast to star in, the annual Christmas pageant. But who would have guessed that the parents, teachers, children, and even the Herdmans could end up discovering the true meaning of the season? THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER is the perfect holiday show to remind us the joy, laughter and spirit of the season.
