Punchdrunk International and co-producers SMG Live have announced that their production of Sleep No More in Shanghai will now run until 12 August 2017. The company marked a major milestone recently with their 100th performance on Wednesday 3 May.  A special celebration took place where audience members were treated to a one-off cabaret night after the show. A selection of new production images of Sleep No More are being released to mark the occasion - check them out below!

Fresh off of the show's four Tony wins, Hello, Dolly! just welcomed two-time Tony Award®-winner and one of Broadway's most treasured stars, Donna Murphy, stepping into the role of Dolly Gallagher Levi for Tuesday evening performances beginning last night, June 13. (Ms. Murphy will also take over the role during Ms. Midler's vacations.)

Celebrity Chef Lidia Bastianich and Equal Rights Activist Edie Windsor who recently paid a visit to The York Theatre Company production of the Off-Broadway premiere of the new musical Marry Harry, with book by Jennifer Robbins and music and lyrics by Dan Martin and Michael Biello. The composers of Marry Harry have composed a number in the show titled 'Lidia' dedicated to the celebrity chef who was on hand to hear an encore presentation by the cast. Edie Watson and her wife Judith Kasen gathered to cheer on the cast following a recent performance

Mary J. Davis / MBL Productions present the World Premiere of Pressing Matters by Jennifer Jasper, directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt. The show opened on Thursday, April 20, and will run through May 20, 2017 at Theatre Row's Clurman Theatre (410 West 42nd Street). BroadwayWorld has photos from the opening festivities below!

Little by Little, a nonprofit organization comprised of young performers from Broadway, TV and Dance communities is thrilled to have Miss Southeast Georgia Alyssa Beasley host De Novo on March 24th at the New York Creative Cultural Center, 7:30 p.m., in a benefit concert for Kevin TOKYO Inouye, a well-known dance choreographer who lost his home in a fire earlier this year. The red carpet was rolled out last night and BroadwayWorld was there. Check out the photos below!

 The Latino Theater Company kicks off its 2017 season exploring themes of identity and its relationship to history with a new socio-political comedy set on board a luxury ocean liner. The world premiere of The Cruise by Jonathan Ceniceroz opens March 16 at The Los Angeles Theatre Center. Low-priced previews continue March 14 and March 15.

Rubicon Theatre Company celebrates Black History Month with THE DEVIL'S MUSIC: THE LIFE AND BLUES OF BESSIE SMITH, starring singer and actress Miche Braden of the original Off-Broadway production (named one of the 10 Best Off-Broadway productions of the year by the N.Y. Daily Times). Described by CBC as a, "bawdy, bluesy, boozy rollicking night out at the theatre," the show follows the life, loves and career of blues and jazz singer Bessie Smith, called the "Empress of the Blues."

About Face Theatre continues its 2016-17 Season with the Chicago premiere of THE TEMPERAMENTALS, Jon Marans' Off-Broadway hit about America's first LGBT rights organization. Directed by Artistic Director Andrew Volkoff, THE TEMPERAMENTALS will play now through February 18, 2017 at Theater Wit, 1229 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre presents Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice's Bible-based spectacular Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as the first musical of its 2017 Season. The show opens tonight and is now on stage through March 26.

Rubicon Theatre Company presents GULF VIEW DRIVE , the third and final play in Arlene Hutton's Nibroc Trilogy, directed by Indy award-winning Katharine Farmer with the same cast reprising their critically-acclaimed roles from the Los Angeles Times "Critic's Choice" productions of Last Train to Nibroc and last season's See Rock City. Lily Nicksay ("Boy Meets World"/The Wild Duck at A Noise Within) and Erik Odom ("The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2"/Sons of the Prophet at The Blank) return as May and Raleigh, along with See Rock City featured cast members Clarinda Ross (Spit Like a Big Girl/Steel Magnolias) and Sharon Sharth (Waiting for Grace/ member of Actors Studio and Circle Rep in New York). Joining the cast is returning Rubicon artist Faline England (Crimes of the Heart (Indy Award)/Turn of the Screw (Ovation Nomination). The ongoing love story of May and Raleigh concludes with the Kentucky couple now living comfortably in Florida in the 1950s. But their settled life is once again rocked by the arrival of family and turbulent events that threaten their sunny existence. Their love and devotion are put to the test when they must make unconventional decisions in a rapidly changing world. GULF VIEW DRIVE opens in Ventura on Saturday, January 28 at 7:00 p.m., followed by a post-show party with cast, crew and local VIPs. Low-priced previews are January 25-27. The show runs Wednesdays through Sundays through February 12, 2017.

Due to popular demand, Irish Theatre of Chicago's hit production of Conor McPherson's haunting and humorous Irish classic THE WEIR will add four additional performances, extending through Sunday, January 29, 2017 at The Den Theatre, 1333 N. Due to popular demand, Golnesa 'G.G.' Gharachedaghi, star of 'Shahs of Sunset,' will extend her limited engagement in New York's longest running comedy Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man as 'Robyn' by one week. Previously set to depart the show on Saturday, December 10, G.G. will now play her final performance on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at The 777 Theatre (777 Eighth Avenue, between 47th and 48th Streets). Tudo E Jazz - Um Tributo Musical a Kander & Ebb (And the World Goes 'Round - the Songs of Kander & Ebb) debuts at Sao Paulo stage. The show, which brings together renowned names in the cast, is a tribute to the great musicals of the duo John Kander & Fred Ebb, successful Broadway composers, responsible for creating Chicago, Cabaret, Kiss of the Spider Woman, and the great musical hit 'New York, New York', immortalized in the voices of Liza Minelli and Frank Sinatra.

After the tremendous success of Hatched: Fresh Work. Freshmen (2013), Hatched: New Work in New York (2012) and Rated RSO: College Edition (2011), Ryan Scott Oliver and Pace University's Musical Theater Class of 2017 will present the annual freshmen cabaret HATCHED.
