The third show in the 2019 season is the Broadway At Music Circus premiere of the award-winning musical comedy The Drowsy Chaperone is now on stage, starring writeractorcomedian Bruce Vilanch and featuring a cast of Broadway veterans. The show runs Tuesday, July 9 through Sunday, July 14 at the Wells Fargo Pavilion in Sacramento. Check out photos of the cast in action!

Comedy and television icon Bob Saget just stepped into the role of 'Pastor Greg' in the Tony Award-nominated comedy Hand to God beginning last week through the production's previously announced closing on January 3, 2016. Saget returns to Broadway after making his Broadway debut in 2007 in the Tony-winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone. He will join current Hand to Godcast members Steven Boyer, Geneva Carr, Sarah Stiles, and Michael Oberholtzer.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, comedy and television icon Bob Saget will step into the role of 'Pastor Greg' in the Tony® Award-nominated comedy Hand to God beginning November 3, 2015 through the production's previously announced closing on January 3, 2016. Saget returns to Broadway after making his Broadway debut in 2007 in the Tony® winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone. He will join current Hand to Godcast members Steven Boyer, Geneva Carr,Sarah Stiles, and Michael Oberholtzer. 3-time Tony® nominee Marc Kudisch, who originated the role of 'Pastor Greg', exits the production on November 1st to begin production on Baritones Unbound. Hand to God plays at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street) through January 3, 2016 before immediately transferring to London's West End, with performances beginning on February 5, 2016 at the famed Vaudeville Theatre.

ArtsBridge Foundation, the arts education outreach arm of Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, tonight announced the winners of the 2015 Georgia High School Musical Theater Awards - Shuler Hensley Awards during a ceremony at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Award highlights include:  Overall Production - West Forsyth High School for Nice Work If You Can Get It; Direction - Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School's William Patti for Godspell; Leading Actor - West Forsyth High School's Nick Eibler for his role as Jimmy Winter in Nice Work If You Can Get It; and Leading Actress - Milton High School's McKenzie Kurtz for her role as Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins. Additionally, three scholarships and one grant were awarded.

Paper Mill Playhouse concludes its 75th Anniversary Season with America's favorite musical, GREASE. With book, music and lyrics by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, Grease will be directed by Daniel Goldstein with original choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter. Additional songs are by John Farrar, Barry Gibb, Scott Simon and Louis St. Louis. Grease will play the Millburn, New Jersey, theater from May 28 through June 29, 2014. The official press opening night is Sunday, June 1, at 7:00pm. The cast just met the press, and BroadwayWorld brings you photos below!
