Those of us who can remember the tumultuous 1960s will certainly see moments of our own lives in the World Premiere of A 60's TRILOGY by Tommy Carter which connects race relations and the Vietnam War to present day. And on this 50th Anniversary of the Tet Offensive and the assassinations of Martin Luther King Jr and Robert F. Kennedy, this first project between USVAA Vets Repertory and Revenant Stage (formerly The Elephant Theatre), directed by David Fofi, is sure to add fire to the flame of social revolution in the air today.

Omaha, Nebraska is teeming with talent. And once in awhile you come across a person who is more than a performer in the spotlight; she is a light. Camille Metoyer Moten is a singer, actress, author, and inspirational human being. She will appear in her own show at the Omaha Community Playhouse on June 8 and 9 at 7:30 pm and on June 10 at 2:00 pm.

The Tony Award-nominated comedy, 'Lettice and Lovage,' opens Westport Country Playhouse's 87th Season, written by Peter Shaffer, author of 'Amadeus,' and directed by Mark Lamos, Playhouse artistic director. The play runs now through June 17. The cast includes Kandis Chappell, Mia Dillon, Sarah Manton, and Paxton Whitehead. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

The Huntington Theatre Company will open its 2015-2016 season with the Tony Award-winning musical A Little Night Music, Stephen Sondheim's most romantic and popular work, led by Tony and Olivier nominee Haydn Gwynne, as well as Broadway's Stephen Bogardus and Lauren Molina. Huntington Artistic Director Peter DuBois (after all the terrible things I do; Smart People; Rapture, Blister, Burn; and Becky Shaw) will direct. In its Music Circus premiere, the Disney classic musical Mary Poppins, based on the books by P. L. Travers and the beloved 1964 Disney film starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke, is the second show in the 2014 Music Circus season at the Wells Fargo Pavilion, the 64th season for the venerable Sacramento institution. Martha Wash has lent her powerful voice to this year's Carols For A Cure album, recording with the cast of Pricilla, Queen of the Desert on the track, 'Light It Up!' Drury Lane Theatre continues their acclaimed 'Year of the Director' by presenting a never-before-seen new version of the Tony Award-winning musical masterpiece SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS, directed by Bill Jenkins, Chair of Ball State University's Department of Theatre and Dance. Featuring an all-star cast led by Steve Blanchard as 'Adam' (who played 'The Beast' for eight years in Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Broadway, 'Pa Ingalls' in the National Tour of Little House on the Prairie, and 'Lancelot' in the National Tour of Camelot) and Abby Mueller as 'Milly' (who played 'Meg' in Marriott Theatre's Little Women and 'Constance' in Chicago Shakespeare's The Three Musketeers), SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS opens October 20 and runs through December 19 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane, Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
