American Psycho, the American premiere of a new musical based on the novel by Bret Easton Ellis -- which celebrates the 25th anniversary of its publication this March -- began performances on Broadway at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street) on Thursday, March 24, 2016. The Opening Night is Thursday, April 21, 2016. American Psycho has music, lyrics and orchestrations by Tony and Grammy Award-winner Duncan Sheik (Spring Awakening), and a book by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa ('Supergirl,' 'Looking,' 'Glee'). Directed by Olivier Award winner Rupert Goold (King Charles III), American Psycho has choreography by Tony Award nominee Lynne Page (La Cage Aux Folles).
