A once average and decent man, Hannay is followed as his entanglement with murder, double agents, and seductive women grows. A riveting and enrapturing sequence of scenes follow one after another, as suspense builds, complemented by slapstick humor and farcical dialogue. Requiring the utmost excellence in acting, the scarce scenery and minimal use of props only add to these comedic elements, as folding chairs are transformed into speeding cars and suitcases become the roof of a moving train!
