Following yesterday's social media tease, BroadwayWorld can confirm Rachel Zegler (Steven Spielberg's West Side Story) and Kit Connor (Netflix's Heartstopper) will star as Juliet and Romeo respectively in a revival of William Shakespeare's most famous play on Broadway this fall.

Over the three weeks of Syndicated, members of The Syndicate and guest artists will perform two new plays: Bluets, a solo show based on Maggie Nelson's book by the same name, and Tiny Errors at the End of the Millennium, a new, full-length play for six actors. The company will also produce First Read, a new play development and reading series that centers queer, trans, and non-binary voices.
