The Drowsy Chaperone is a musical comedy, about a musical within a comedy, featuring music and lyrics by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison. With a book by Bob Martin and Don McKellar, this musical tells the story of a fictional 1928 musical. The story itself centers around a character, 'Man in Chair,' as he describes to the audience his trepidations in life and this overwhelming feeling of sadness and foreboding which he calls 'Blue.' So over the course of two hours the 'Man in Chair,' takes the audience on a journey using the only thing he knows that will cheer him up, his love of Musical Theatre tunes, specifically classics such as The Drowsy Chaperone.

BalletCollective will present their 10th NYC Fall Season, 'The Fluidity of Time,' on November 2nd and 3rd at Trinity Commons, the first ballet performance offered in Trinity Church Wall Street's new community center in Lower Manhattan.

The Town Hall has announced that stage and screen star Nathan Lane will moderate a special evening with Hollywood icon Steve Martin and artist Harry Bliss, as they reflect on their new book Number One Is Walking - My Life In the Movies and Other Diversions (Celadon Books). Mark Seibert was playing an open air concert last Sunday at the Theatre in the Park in Vienna. He is one of the most – if not the most - acclaimed musical singer with ongoing sold-out concerts in Germany and Austria. In this concert, Mark was reflecting on his career.
