Rep Stage, the professional Equity theatre in residence at Howard Community College (HCC), continues its 20th anniversary season with J.M. Barrie's stirring, lyrical tale about the tricks of time, loss of innocence and eternal youth. "Mary Rose" opens tonight, October 31, 2012, with a limited run through November 18 in the Studio Theatre of the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA) on the campus of HCC.

The Town Hall's Eighth Annual Broadway Cabaret Festival concludes with The Best of Broadway By The Year on Friday October 26th at 8pm. The festival kicked off with Linda Eder's, Linda Eder, A New Life on Saturday October 13 and continued with Broadway Originals! on Sunday October 21st. The Town Hall, Broadway?s landmark concert venue, presents the fifth annual Broadway Cabaret Festival, October 16th ? 18th. This three-concert series, created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel, takes place over one weekend and includes A Tribute to David Merrick on Friday, October 16th at 8PM, Linda Eder: All of Me on Saturday, October 17th at 8PM and Broadway Originals on Sunday, October 18th at 3PM. Aaron Sorkin's new play, The Farnsworth Invention, is a compelling story about the creation of television and in Sorkin's words 'the spirit of exploration.' The Farnsworth Invention will be the fourth play that David Cromer directs at the Alley, following the hugely successful The Santaland Diaries, The Clean House and Orson's Shadow.

Producer Howard Panter for Ambassador Theatre Group and co-producers Tulchin/Bartner/Jenkins, Bill Kenwright, Northwater Entertainment, Darren Bagert, and Tom Gregory announced the complete cast and design team for the new Broadway production of the greatest musical comedy GUYS AND DOLLS. The first joint Broadway project by two-time Tony Award winning director Des McAnuff and choreographer Sergio Trujillo since their collaboration on the Tony Award winning musical Jersey Boys, GUYS AND DOLLS will begin previews on February 3, 2009 at Broadway's newly refurbished Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street). Opening Night is March 1, 2009.
