As part of The Festival of Lies, AS YOU LIKE IT will play at The Brick (579 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn) June 23 at 1pm, June 25 at 7pm, and July 1 at 1pm.

The Hawai'i Symphony Orchestra offered another of its wildly successful pop up concert series at the Bank of Hawaii headquarters downtown on March 28. Joseph Stepec, Assistant Professor of Music at The University of Hawaii at Manoa, Director of Orchestras, conducted the free concert, which received thunderous applause throughout the event.

Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC) will host Druid, Ireland's most celebrated theatre company, and their critically acclaimed production of Waiting for Godot. Directed by Tony Award-winner Garry Hynes, Druid's production of Samuel Beckett's absurd, anarchic masterpiece will make its regional premiere at the Lansburgh Theatre (450 7th Street, NW) from April 17 through May 20, 2018 before it travels on to Chicago.

The Donmar Warehouse today announces full casting for James Macdonald's new revival of William Congreve's Restoration comedy masterpiece The Way of The World. Haydn Gwynne will be playing the role of Lady Wishfort, replacing Linda Bassett who has sadly had to withdraw from the production before the start of rehearsals for personal reasons.

The Academy of United States Veterans and Coalition to Salute America's Heroes today announce the five 2018 Veteran Awards Honorees consisting of individuals and organizations who have demonstrated relentless dedication and selfless service to the veteran community and their families. A sixth Veteran's Choice Award will be presented to an individual on site. Honorees will be presented with a coveted Vetty statuette, a custom-designed bronzed military boot placed on a sturdy base that signifies the boots on the ground work of the Veterans Service Organizations. The statuette is symbolic of the organizations and individuals that demonstrate a strong foundation in helping to create veterans' projects, educating the public on their value, while also encouraging a unified Veterans community.
