When We When Are Married is the first production of 2018 from Different Stages. Penned by J.B. Priestly, the original production opened in London in 1938 and the 1985 West End revival went on to win the Oliver Award for Best Play. It also holds the distinction of being the first play to be televised unedited when it was broadcast by the BBC in 1938. In addition to receiving film and TV adaptations over the years, the play has also been broadcast several times by radio across the U.K.

Valley of the Moon Music Festival Announces 2018 Season

Valley of the Moon Music Festival(VMMF) founders, Tanya Tomkins and Eric Zivian, today announced the program for their fourth season, which kicks off this month with a return to the Green Music Center's Schroeder Hall at Sonoma State University. In addition to three concerts at the Green Music Center, highlights this year include a presentation on the Berkeley Festival & Exhibition's main stage in June and the annual festival in July at the Hanna Center Auditorium in Sonoma.

Based in Israel, Roy Assaf Dance makes its U.S. debut with a program of clever and heartfelt works in the Doris Duke Theatre July 12-16. A rising choreographic star, Assaf has been commissioned by companies across the globe including Batsheva Dance Company, The Royal Swedish Ballet, National Dance Company Wales, and LA Dance Project. The program opens with Assaf's embracing duet Six Years Later which is praised for its "beauty, nuances, and intricate, astute movements" (Ora Brafman, Jerusalem Post), and closes with his powerful all-male trio The Hill, inspired by veterans' experiences and based on the Hebrew song "Givat Hatachmoshet".
