This week's THEATER TALK focuses on British dramatist Sir Terence Rattigan (1911-1977) and his popular drama, The Winslow Boy, currently being revived on Broadway by The Roundabout Theatre Company. Gingold Theatrical Group continued its sixth sold-out year of PROJECT SHAW yesterday with Shaw's first commercial success, the rarely produced satire FANNY'S FIRST PLAY which was initially written anonymously.

For the first time in its 11 year history, Manhattan Theatre Source - called 'one of the top Off-Off Broadway theatres in New York' by New York Magazine - will present an open-ended run of a theatre piece - THE GREENWICH VILLAGE FOLLIES - that has been developed through the company's development process. With music and lyrics by Doug Silver and book and additional lyrics by Andrew Frank, THE GREENWICH VILLAGE FOLLIES' opening night is set for June 28th, 2011.

'The 2011 Billboard Music Awards' show aired live Sunday, May 22nd (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The awards show took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada in partnership with Chevrolet and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). This was the first year that ABC broadcast the event and marks the first Billboard Music Awards show since 2007.
