Producers Michael Harrison, David Ian and John Frost today announced that the Melbourne season of the international award-winning hit musical THE BODYGUARD will play at the Regent Theatre from 24 August. The 2017 Australian tour of THE BODYGUARD will commence at the Sydney Lyric Theatre on 21 April, before playing at the Lyric Theatre, Brisbane from 19 July, then moving to the Regent Theatre, Melbourne.

Ruffalo will join previously announced stars Tony Shalhoub, Jessica Hecht and Danny DeVito in a new Broadway production of Arthur Miller's The Price, directed by Steppenwolf Theatre Company co-founder, Terry Kinney. Ruffalo assumes the role of 'Victor Franz.' John Turturro has left the production due to his filming schedule.

Producers John Frost, Michael Harrison and David Ian today announced that one of Australia's most exciting triple threat performers, Prinnie Stevens, will be joining the cast of the international award-winning hit musical THE BODYGUARD. Prinnie will play the role of Nicki Marron, the sister of Rachel Marron, played by Paulini, in the 2017 Australian tour. Prinnie has appeared in such musicals as Rent, Thriller Live and Oh, What A Night! for which she was nominated for a Helpmann Award, and is best known to television audiences as a finalist on The Voice.

1972: Dr. John Fryer dons an oversize tuxedo and rubber joke shop mask to become Dr. Henry Anonymous and confront the American Psychiatric Association with these words: 'I am a homosexual, I am a psychiatrist.' The latest work by renowned theatre artist Ain Gordon, 217 Boxes of Dr. Henry Anonymous, is a new play drawn from the 217 boxes of archive materials from national LGBT activist of Dr. John Fryer discovered by Ain Gordon during his two-year embedded artist status at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania (HSP). This new work is set to run, May 5-7, at the Painted Bride Arts Center, 230 Vine Street. All performances are at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $20. Artistic Director of Mercury Theatre Colchester Daniel Buckroyd today announces the full company for the UK regional premiere production of Bruce Norris' acclaimed play Clybourne Park which opens at the company's home base ahead of a national tour - Ben Deery (Karl / Steve), Dan Gaisford(Kenneth), Rebecca Manley (Bev / Kathy), Rebecca Oldfield (Betsey / Lindsey), Gloria Onitiri (Francine / Lena), Wole Sawyerr (Albert / Kevin), William Troughton (Jim / Tom) and Mark Womack (Dan / Russ).
