Cherry Jones, who can currently be seen in the hit TV show 24 as President Allison Taylor, has appeared in Oceans Twelve, The Village, Signs, and Cradle Will Rock, and in guest appearances on television shows including 'The West Wing' and 'Frasier.' Ms. Jones won Tony awards in 1995 for her leading role in The Heiress and in 2005 for her leading role in Doubt, and won an Emmy award in 2009 for her role in 24. The world premiere performances of The Dream Lives On are the centerpiece of the Boston Pops 125th anniversary season, May 4-June 20.

The Pearl Theatre Company will host its exciting and intimate 26th season Gala on Monday, April 26, 2010, honoring award-winning artists Austin Pendleton and Marian Seldes. The evening, which is The Pearl's largest fundraising event of the year, includes a cocktail reception, a three-course dinner, various raffle prizes, and one-of-a-kind live entertainment at The Yale Club of New York.

The once controversial play - which sparked riots during and after its debut in Dublin in 1907, was booed in New York four years later, and resulted in the arrest of the Philadelphia cast on charges of staging an immoral performance - has since been recognized as a masterpiece.

Producers Phil Monat, T. Richard Fitzgerald and Randall L. Wreghitt announced today that TALLEY'S FOLLY, the classic Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Lanford Wilson (Burn This, Fifth of July, Balm in Gilead) will have its first-ever Broadway revival as part of the 2010-2011 Season. Best known for originating the role of Sister Aloysius in John Patrick Shanley's 'Doubt' in 2004, she was recently nominated for her first Emmy for her more recent role as President Allison Taylor on 24.
