The Daily Mail writes that SOMETHING ROTTEN! director Casey Nicholaw will officially be directing DREAMGIRLS in its UK debut.

Mayhem and zany comedy are unleashed in Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre's premiere production of the Tony Award-winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone, now on stage through May 10. The production opens tonight, April 9, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

On Saturday, April 18 at 3:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, Tony Award winner Jessie Mueller (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) joins musical director and co-host Leslie Stifelman and director and choreographer Melissa Rae Mahon from Chicago: The Musical, co-host Thomas Cabaniss, and The Broadway All-Star Chorus-comprising top performers from the Great White Way-for a fun, interactive Carnegie Hall Family Concert that gives parents and their children the opportunity to sing and dance along with their favorite Broadway numbers.

In the coming months, Broadway will welcome a fresh crop of productions- many of which will mark the Broadway debuts for a slew of talented actors. Whether they are fresh faces or established stars, these Broadway babies will soon take their very first bows on some of the grandest stages in the world.

Paper Mill Playhouse will offer this special autism-friendly performance of Elf today, December 23, at 1:30pm. Paper Mill Playhouse released a block of great seats today for its holiday musical, Elf, for the week following Christmas. Expanded availability includes performances from December 27, 2014 through January 4, 2015. Based on the 2003 film starring Will Ferrell, Elf has a book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin, music by Matthew Sklar and lyrics by Chad Beguelin. Elf is directed by Eric Ankrim and choreographed by Josh Rhodes. Elf runs eight times a week at the Millburn, New Jersey, theater through January 4, 2015. Elf has been playing to many sold-out houses since November 26.
