July was an interesting month for AMP. The debut of the Music at The Downs series was a great success, with many new people discovering the fun of seeing an outdoor concert on the infield of the track. And you couldn't ask for a better show to start with than Michael Franti's groove-heavy Soulshine tour. AMP will be back again on August 5 with the next show in the series - Ray LaMontagne.

ETERNAL is Fish's most conceptually ambitious production to date. In August, Fish assembled a film crew to shoot Ryan and Rouner performing the final scene of the 2004 film ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND in a continuous loop for two hours - the only constraint: that they must keep going, no matter what happens. The unedited two channel video of their performance will be projected on screens that face each other from across the space. The audience sits between the lovers.

Directed by Lyndsey Turner, Chimerica received its world premiere at The Almeida Theatre where it has subsequently been acclaimed by critics and audiences alike. Set designs are by Es Devlin with costumes by Christina Cunningham, lighting by Tim Lutkin, sound by Carolyn Downing and video design by Finn Ross.
