Just yesterday, the cast and creative team of Dear Evan Hansen marked one year on Broadway with a celebratory curtain call and a special Proclamation from the City of New York, in front of an audience full of fans who won a lottery to attend the performance for free. Lenny's tempestuous personal and professional life which Marmo embodies with his body, heart and soul, was marked by great passion and great pain, thanks to his unwavering commitment to free speech, which led to numerous obscenity charges and arrests.

The production, running March 24 - April 15, 2017, is directed by Christopher V. Edwards and features Geoffrey Warren Barnes II, Burgess Byrd, and Torie Wiggins in the leading roles. The production is generously sponsored by Johnson Investment Council and Thompson Hine LLP.

La MaMa presents Magis Theatre Company's CALDERON'S TWO DREAMS a unique opportunity to see Pedro Calderon de la Barca's two versions of his classic LIFE IS A DREAM written forty-two years apart, (1635 and 1677) in one sitting. Directed by George Drance and Kelly Johnston, performances of begin February 10th at The Ellen Stewart Theatre at La MaMa with opening set for Monday, February 13.
